TRIBUTE GIFTS
A Perfect Gift (In Honor Of) or A Heartfelt Remembrance (In Memory Of)
Honor someone you love by donating to help a dog or cat in need.
When your gift is made in honor of a friend or family member, that individual will receive a personal letter, via USPS or email, notifying them a gift has been made to celebrate them. If your donation is in memory of an individual or a beloved pet, a personal letter will go to the acknowledgee you choose so that they know of your thoughtful remembrance.
Instructions
On the donation page, select “Make a Tribute Gift” and choose either In Honor Of or In Memory Of.
Under Honoree’s Information, enter the name of the person or pet the gift is being made in honor or memory of.
Under Recipient’s Information, enter the name and contact information of the person who should receive notification of the tribute gift. This can be the same person listed under Honoree’s Information or someone different. You may also include an optional custom message and select how you would like the recipient to be notified.
Example: If you are making a gift in honor of a pet, the pet’s name would go under Honoree’s Information, and the pet owner’s name would go under Recipient’s Information.
On the final section, enter your information as the donor making the tribute gift.
