LICENSED VETERINARIAN

WHO WE ARE

Pet Community Center is a nonprofit high quality, high volume spay, neuter, and wellness veterinary clinic.  We work to make veterinary care affordable and accessible to all pet owners. This produces measurable, life-saving results at our local shelters and in our community.

The health and safety of our employees and clients have always been at the forefront of our work, especially in light of recent COVID-19 developments in our community. Pet Community Center is closely following CDC recommendations by providing team members with proper protective equipment, including masks, social distancing, and continuing curbside client service.

WHO WE NEED

Pet Community Center is seeking part-time or full-time veterinarians to join our team. We are looking for candidates with a strong desire and aptitude to become successful high volume surgeons handling 30-35 spay/neuter surgeries per day. This position would primarily focus on surgery but would also rotate through our wellness clinic, in which we mainly offer vaccinations and preventive medicine.

IS IT YOU?

There's a chance you may be our ideal veterinarian if you meet the description above, and if:

+ You are interested in working Monday-Thursday and taking advantage of three day weekends.

+ Although you often find yourself teaching others, you live to learn more and geek out over JAVMA articles.

+ After a long day of helping pets and their families, you still have the energy to hit the town with your friends

+ You don’t take life (or yourself) too seriously and are quick to laugh!

+ You would love to be part of a team that has fun every day and considers medical excellence as the bottom line.

+ Shorter shifts, four day work weeks, and lower stress sounds appealing to you.

+ Lots and lots of puppy breath!

+ You are looking for more than just a paycheck; you want to make a difference for people and their pets.

+ You enjoy a fast-pace and thinking on your feet (even when sitting down).

PERKS

Benefits are offered for full-time employees:
