We have made several changes to the way we provide care to your pets to ensure the safety of our clients and staff. Please read the information below carefully to learn more about our new policies and procedures. If you still have questions, visit our FAQ page for more information.
Spay/Neuter and Vaccine Clinic Information
Please know that your pet’s health is important to us, and we are doing our best to book appointments in a timely manner. Given our current demand and limited capacity, we are only able to book appointments within one month of the current date. If your pet needs to be spayed/neutered or vaccinated sooner, we encourage you to book a wellness appointment with another clinic that may be able to assist you sooner. We recommend Animal House as the next most affordable option.
Because of our limited capacity, we ask that you give at least 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This will allow other pet owners to make their appointment and reduce our overall wait for wellness care.
FACE MASKS: To comply with Davidson County law, masks are required for ALL clients and staff. We will make exceptions only for clients who have severe medical issues that prevent them from safely wearing a mask.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Keep in mind that your pet will be brought inside our clinic, but clients are not permitted to enter. Please consider this if you have a pet who may become aggressive when separated from you.
SURGERY RESTRICTIONS: In an effort to keep our team as safe and socially distant as best as possible during the pandemic, we are temporarily not performings surgeries on dogs 31 pounds and over. If your dog exceeds this weight limit, please check back here and on our social media pages for further updates.
Please note that our scheduling will change as we continue to roll out our services. We encourage clients to review our current hours before scheduling appointments.
Vaccine clinic services and spay/neuter surgeries are available by appointment only Monday - Thursday. We will NOT accept walk-ins at this time.
